Joseph worked with our family to find a home for our son. He carefully watched each day for new properties coming on the market, and made immediate time in his schedule to view properties. He was always on time to any meetings or showings we arranged, and once when we called to view property in a hurry, borrowed a car because his was in the shop! He also went through great lengths to track down answers to questions that were not readily available. If having these traits isn't enough, Joseph is also intuitive and patient.
